Terms of Service

WBI Advertising Operations Tool · Effective September 9, 2026

Acceptance of terms

The WBI Advertising Operations Tool (the “Application”) is an internal tool operated by WBI Consulting Group. By signing in and using the Application, you agree to these terms. The Application is provided for authorized internal use only and is not offered to the public.

Permitted use

Access is granted individually to named WBI personnel who are under contract and bound by confidentiality terms. You may use the Application solely to report on and manage the advertising accounts of WBI clients that WBI is contractually engaged to operate, and only those accounts on the Application's configured allowlist.

You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, bypass its dry-run, budget-cap, allowlist, or audit-log controls, or use it in violation of any applicable law, client agreement, or Google policy.

Client accounts and authorization

The Application operates only on Google Ads accounts that have been linked to the WBI manager (MCC) account through the standard Google Ads invitation and acceptance flow, which requires the client's own administrator to approve the link. Every managed account is additionally covered by a signed services agreement authorizing WBI to operate that client's advertising.

Clients retain full ownership of their accounts and data at all times, and may revoke the manager-account link at any time, which immediately ends the Application's access.

No distribution

The Application is not distributed, licensed, resold, sublicensed, or made available to any party outside WBI Consulting Group, and is not offered to third parties as a product or service. Clients receive the reports the Application produces; they do not receive access to the Application itself.

Google accounts and API use

The Application connects to your Google Account with your consent in order to access the Google Ads API, Google Analytics, and — for WBI's internal content-planning tools sharing the same Google Cloud project — Google Drive and Google Docs. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google Ads policies. Our handling of data accessed through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Application complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Required Minimum Functionality standard. It performs no scraping or collection of competitor data, no resale or sublicensing of API access, no circumvention of Google Ads policies, and no automated bidding or account changes without human oversight.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBI Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. Nothing in these terms limits WBI's obligations to its clients under their respective services agreements, which govern the client relationship.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Application, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, and is removed when an operator's engagement with WBI ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
